Wow, anyone know what just hit the NASDAQ? It just shot up like a bullet.

Still trying to get some good scoop on the DELL analyst meeting today.

Supposedly, Mr. Dell was extremely bullish (in a quiet way).

Thanks, RTev. Perhaps there are some RDMBS systems that support Linux, as well. Does anyone know if Oracle, Informix, Sybase or some other enterprise or workgroup RDBMS which supports Linux?

Microsoft KNOWS good operating systems ...

that's why they run HotMail with Solaris and FreeBSD.

Don't get excited folks. Windows isn't going away anytime soon and Bill has his sites on wireless, set-top boxes, broadband and the internet. Don't short the stock.

The OS market will get more interesting ... that's all.
