Reduced prices and profits for whom? The margins and prices are relatively high compared to the PC market. Intel would stand to gain if they can enter this market successfully.

ps. I see, you're saying that there should be an friendly accession of market share to intel's chips. We'll see, I think SUN is smart enough to try to profit from Intel's entry.
