Just saw the bull-bear debate on CNBC. Batapaglia vs Tice. Joe's calls have been right on the money from our October bottoms. Unfortunately, he rarely receives the recognition he deserves. Tice on the other hand has been singing the same old tune for years. After today's trading we have the DOW, NAZ and S&P all at record highs. The transports rallied nicely after being down over 40. That gap on the NAZ was not filled. Like I said I believe this implies strength in the index. With three major indices pushing into record highs watch to see if their momentum affects the trannies and RUT. I believe they will. SO
