Another disturbing aspect--Brain Drain- I just finished reading an article in the April 5 issue of Techweek. Merger or Sliding Stock Can Cause Brain Drain PSFT is discussed-- "PeopleSoft earlier this year announced it would cut 430 jobs, or 6 percent of its staff. Now, according to two analysts interviewed by TheStreet.com, it's seeing a wave of voluntary exits as well. The analysts, who did not want to be named, told the online news service that many sales workers are leaving. (The company would not comment on whether resignations are increasing)." techweek.com
