I wouldn't know about an LBO, but situations where a company remains profoundly undervalued for long stretches do not last indefinitely. There is always a catalyst to realize that value--it's only a matter of when. I do know that there is a large seller out there now weighing on the stock. But, there is also demand for those large blocks. Hopefully this will resolve itself soon. At this rate, with the volume we've been seeing, it can't last too much longer.
