Thanks for posting that Jeff. Thanks to Peter Block for giving such a detailed answer.

I'm holding tight. I don't believe it matters whether a deal is done by the end of May or not. It's not written in stone. What really matters is FDA approval.

The people who are selling now are not insiders. They are small time investors who are probably chasing the internuts.

Jeff,

Thanks for posting Peter's response.

The decision not to publish study #107-96 was, IMO, a calculated one, weighing two outcome events - i.e., gaining credibility in a peer reviewed journal vs. keeping the research data in-house. I suspect keeping the nature of the research quiet was, in their view, the more important of the two, given the fact that in the end the regulatory agencies would ultimately decide how good the data was. Very much the nature of the way this company has worked.

Really nice to have a pharmacist on this thread ... I know a doctor or two that post here under pseudonymns too.

Best to all,

MB

Chan thanks for the info, although I'm no scientist in plain and simple layman terms ( As I say to my doctor).
What facts do you agree with and what are your thoughts of
dmx and pennsaid. I see you seem to be on both sides of the coin.
Do you think this stuff really works or do you have doubts on it's
validity.
