At this point in time Winspear does not have to file much more paper than it takes to say "we contest the claim or motion" unless they wish to make a counter claim of some kind in which case they must provide written notice of their intentions and let Aber know what the claim is that they must face.
Aber must first cross the threshhold of establishing a legal claim which Winspear may contest. If and when it comes to trial the onus is still upon Aber to make a case and Winspear may use all legal tools and evidence available at that point to defend.
Winspear will say the bare minimum right up to the point of trial evidence. There is no point in giving amunition to the other party.
