4-Bob:

I am afraid it means you need to have cash available the day BEFORE the IPO prices, meaning the day it prices if you go to your account balances link it needs to have a cash and option buying power above required amount for said IPO.

Based on my experience with priceline.com and value america, that seems to fit the logic. Anyone that did not get Value America shares with early time stamps, please post if you cash and option buying power was less than required according to your account balances THAT DAY. (Which are not real time as we know, and which are calculated based on previous day trading)

Same with priceline.com people that did not get shares. Please let us know. Together we will figure this system out if it kills us!
