Robb, have you discounted corporate taxes on the sale of any gains in those shares, and discounted the fact that DLIA will hold non trading Class B shares of ITurf? Also, have you increased DLIA's share count to account for the additional shares of DLIA that will be issued? I think you need to tweak your numbers a little. Barb
