That's IDT - develop a technology and then let it spring of into a separate company that they get little profit from. They hold a stake which diminishes as the company grows. The talent that developed it while at IDT goes to QED and then the board members get stock or options in the new company. I thought that IDT's CEO was a member of QED's board. This amounts to as another rip off of investors, IMO.
