I can't sell if I don't KNOW if I own it yet!

Alerts are not working on the site. The price has past right through my price to buy but no word......

After they "upgraded" Pulse, it has been a total mess. There are particular problems with Netscape; I have trouble losing the L2 feed using IE4.0 and IE5.0 too.

E*Trade also won't give me my portfolio today. Comes up blank.

What browser? That's important, unfortunately. I have experience with Netscape.

With Netscape, the installation won't work if you have
Edit->Preferences->Advanced->Enable AutoInstall turned off. Make sure it's on.

When you see the "Installing Bridgechannel" message you should also see it downloading a 500k+ .jar file... when it's downloaded, a dialog pops up asking you for permission to install the java program. You then have to give it authority to install, then when it's done exit Netscape. Restart Netscape, this time the program will run off your hard drive and not have to be downloaded again.

For some odd reason, loading etrade.bridge.com (rather than going in through ETrade's site) might be necessary, try it if nothing else works. Good luck (you'll need it!)
