Yes I can confirm that. 4 million special warrants at $3.15. Proceeds to 'fund acquisitions and implement e-commerce initiative'.

This represents about 10% dilution only and GTR's now impressive cash backing differentiates it from a lot of micky mouse wannabee e-commerce stocks.

Someone mentioned another press release. Has anyone seen it?

The other press release is now on Bloomberg. GTR is bringing Donald Kingsborough on to the board. Seems pretty talented in marketing and it seems that he put Nintendo on the map in the U.S. from 1984 to 1989. Meanwhile I'm continuing my digging.

Any marketing help in the US market has to be positive for GTR.
