Sorry, Gregor - but I have been posting all along that I was looking for Sept - Oct. I knew they were starting the procedure this month (as I also posted) but that they needed the audited figures which, if done *timely* would give us around September for the final filing.

Opinions here ... yours may differ:

In order to file an SEC Form 10, a company must include recent audited results.

To avoid the additional cost and impact on management time, this would suggest that such a filing would occur shortly after the end of a Fiscal Year.

This means that the filing was either this past January <wince> or it would be after the current FY ends on July 31st.

But now Don is on record ... publicly ... to the investment community regarding his plans. Should we change our minds at this point, it would attract a lot of negative attention within the investment community -- so this is a significant commitment on Don's part ... or maybe it is a significant *announcement* of a previously-existing commitment on his part.

I, for one, am delighted to see this public announcement of a commitment. It tells me that Don does, indeed, view the step of becoming fully-reporting to be as important as I do.

And I am even more delighted to see a possible emphasis within TSIS upon releasing info widely and simultaneously, as "real companies" are expected (required) to.

It may be wishful thinking upon my part, but I think there is a reasonable chance that a combination of really successful eps and greater investor following due to becoming fully reporting will pop the price to a point that a NASDAQ listing will be feasible ... though the timing seems to be critical.

Other opinions welcome.
