RE: TD GreenLine

The head Honcho at TD is:

Vince Lavorata direct number is >>>> 1-416-982-4857

or you can call Head of EBS:

Peter Berridge direct number is >>>> 1-416-982-4857

I complained again earlier today about the slowness of their system. Many times unable to get through. Not with Webbrober nor by phone. I was here this morning just watching my stocks tumble and couldn't do anything about it.

Tell them to add new servers.!!

Yeah greenline is pathetic. WebBroker is useless and unless you have a presidents account, it takes too long to get through on the phone. I've lost a very very significant sum of money because of them not getting my orders through on time or not cancelling my orders in time even with 10 minute lead times (and this is WITH presidents account!). Another time they wouldn't let me sell because they couldn't confirm whether my stop had gone through and required 24 hours in order to tell me this (the day that it hit $17.45 and I was trying to bail at $17.20). This is AFTER I told them that I gave them authorization and that I'd take the responsibility and cover within 3 days if I was wrong. (Which I knew I wasnt since I had been tracking this with depth). Anyhow, enough ranting. Given how much money they've gotten from me in commisions (around $20k!) they should get some damn faster servers, redesign their website, hire some competent people and get more traders answering the phones and entering the trades. I can't believe TD stock is shooting up based on this pathetic service. Sad part is that there are no other good alternatives in Canada or I would have already switched...
