I don't know about TD but nothing could be worse than CTSecurities. My account is worth well over $100k and they won't allow trading unless they see money first. Also they take so long to execute trades that the price changes significantly by that time. You call them up and they'll tell you " well sir, there are so many people wanting to make trades you can't expect eveybody to get what they want" (i kid you not, that is the exact response I got). If you have your account with these losers I suggest you run as fast as you can to another broker. That lesson has already cost me $12,000 over the past two weeks.
