I think i am going to go to Royal bank. My cousins account is ridiculously large and he has worked out a good deal. He has his own broker who fill in his orders immediately and there is always someone who will answer the phone.

RTQ $28.35 Deal with a full service broker if you want reliable execution...

This may change in time but "you get what you pay for" stills means a lot in the securities business...you can still get discounts at the big firms and if you happen to find a dedicated broker you have got a good deal indeed. A lousy fill or a technical glitch can erase the commission savings in an instant.
