Don Hayes was right so far about the bonds, and his timing was excellent. He says catastrophe -g- in April. Don manages to make a very compelling case. I'd like to buy more puts here, but scared to, the market looks like it is breaking out of a cup with handle formation, and the financials are providing leadership. The breadth of the market is improving and the RUT is bouncing off lows. Is is a dead cat bounce for the RUT? Is it a bull trap? I'm still agreeing with Don Hayes. Going to sit on the sidelines and miss out on any upside, and jump in if a downward trend gets established. If and when we get downside, it's the brokers and financial stocks I'll be all over.
