Disagree. Without rights, but with "IPO Rights" as the subscriptions would be, they can offer a greater # of shares to SFE holders -- simply increase the offering size. Also, at FMV, the IPOs instantly hit SFE NAV. Difference in "dividend" is the delta between $5 and $XX they go IPO for. But we more than make up for that by being able to bring more companies public more quickly. The rights take time, straight IPOs are faster.
