According to Eagle Co. Rep, court ruling was delayed until approx. Tues or Wed next week. The rep still expects the ruling to go their way but I believe that is covered as "a forward looking statement." So, I guess we can hold our breath a little more. On a side note, the rep was rather suprised about the amount of phone calls he had received today. He said, "Jeez, how'd all you guys find out about this?" Well, DUH! You told us.
