Hey Tobin,

I think this coming week may be an interesting one. I hope we will get news early on in the week and have it followed up with more. The company is well aware of timing in the market place and I believe the time is nigh.

Entertainment seems to be front and center lately, Seagrams deal with BMG is a precursor to the kind of entertainment "arrangements" that will become the new paradigm. It will be interesting to see how the HiTech Audio/video stores react to online competition. It sure will be a lot nicer sampling something in the privacy and convenience of your home!!

I also see that more newsletter analysts are beginning to involve themselves in the "entertaiNET" sector. Below is an excerpt from the Daily ITinvestor which you can see at stockscape.com
---------------------------------------------------------------------
"We also like the communications, entertainment, and financing/trading
segments of the IT industry. The world of online entertainment was
rocked last week when Yahoo offered $5.7 billion to acquire
Broadcast.com, a financial site that offers streaming audio of
investor conferences, annual general meetings, and the like. The
backwash from this deal elevated several other audio/video related
internet stocks, including Audiohighway.Com. This sector, in our
opinion is still very active, and represents a good near term upside.

And it's a lot bigger than business conferences. Music/video and the
Internet are forming a nexus for an incredible expansion in sales,
evidenced by the fact that Seagrams and BMG are getting together to
sell music over the Internet.

This week we're looking at online entertainment companies, and the
best opportunities for investors to get involved.

More tomorrow.

Be careful out there. "
