Kumar on CNBC saying this is a company (CPQ) specific problem. Thinks INTC numbers next week will be good and put sanity back into the market....

Anyone: Twice I have heard Kumar say: "PC stocks in the fall will start to discount the fact that there will be boom (increase) in hardware sales coming in the 1st half of '00... This sounds positive to me...why does he use the word "discount"? Shouldn't he use the term "appreciate" or something of the sort??? Or is he really saying something negative here... Me no understand analyst-speak....
