The US constitution clearly spells out that your life may be taken. I support the US constitution- it isn't perfect, but its better than anything else I have seen. Of course, I, as dictator of the world - would be perfect, but I do not think it likely I will achieve that post in this reality.

Really? besides begging the question you assume that the number of abortions exceeds the number of people who die. Arrant nonsense for it assumes that every living female will have had more than two abortions in her lifetime.

Furthermore, you ask us to assume that an aborted fetus constitutes a human being. If so one may reasonable ask at what point does an embryo become a human being? At the point of fertilization? Maybe before. Maybe a woman who refuses to have intercourse has thwarted divine will by refusing to bear a child? Maybe every time a man puts on a condom it constitutes attempted murder, or something more sinister --- recreational sex (gasp!).
