Dear LemonHead, I use Netscape Composer (Part of Netscape v.4.5) to do everything. With it, I can create links, insert images, and anything else I currently find I have to do to produce the pages. It gets a little complicated when it comes to getting that Excel spreadsheet into HTML format, but I found out how to do it using Microsoft Word. The Newport charts and graphs are turned into .gif images using a "print screen" program I picked up somewhere on the web. It's gotten easier each week, but it does take a lot of time. Let me know if I can be of any help.

Sincerely,
RFH

The page is up and running! Had only one sell on these reported stocks this week. FAK (Fidelity closed-end Korea Fund) is cooking, and the Korean stock market is on a tear! I'm getting close to some sells in IIT (Indonesian telecom co.), FSESX (Energy Service Fund), GUMM (my chewy favorite), but Wendy's has cooled off. I'm looking forward to some nice cool frosties this summer! You and anyone else can check out the action at:

Gold is screaming at me to buy more. I think this week will be the week for some more gold stock purchasing.

Sincerely,
RFH

Hi Keith, Yes, you can set up an AIM page and have it "blind" from your business site, but have a link back to the business site from the AIM site. That way the time spent on updating the AIM site is sort of "advertising" for your regular business. It helps to motivate you if you think you're doing something good!!

I use LViewPro for capturing the Newport and Lotus graphs for the web site. I don't know what Rob Hansen uses. It's about $30 or $40 for the cdrom program. It's also handy for any other image processing that you might do on your computer. Normally I save the images as *.gif files for the web site. If the image has lots of colors, like a photo, it's better to save it as a *.JPG file.

HTML is pretty easy to learn. However, I use the MSMD method. That stands for Monkey See, Monkey Do! Basically, you can save the HTML source code from Rob's page and then use it in your own web page editor. Change the name of the page and include your own info and you're done! With Internet Explorer or Netscape, you can "View" the "Source" and save that info to your own page editor.

Best regards, Tom Veale
PS: I tried to send this message via the email at your site, but it was rejected for some reason relative to MIME. So, I copied it here!
