Wiz:

ATU has had a disappointing record with previous shareholders and the last two weeks has been a perfect example of why. We hit .11 today because the management philosophy has returned to 1997 status again. I thought we were through all that. The folks that sold lately at these cheap prices are tired of management giving themselves cheap options and cheap PP's with cheap cheap warrants. It seems that the only way we are going to make money on this stock is if you are on the inside getting cheap stock because they are now deluting out the shareholders that have stuck with them all through the bad times. Fully deluted we are now 28.3M, unbelievable to think we are within 5M just over two years ago.

We put out a PP at .15 within two weeks of us being within 40,000 shares of .34, I just can't believe it. And you can be darn well assured Byron is part of the PP that is getting warrants at .15 next year. This game has been going on with ATU for a long time- I thought it was over. We still have a chance to defeat their pocket filling options at the June meeting and hopefully we can get some proxies together for that. I am just getting tired of fighting them every Annual Meeting. If you are interested in defeating this, which we have to before our shares get completely deluted, email me at jkorven@lonet.ca. This would undelute by about 1.6M.

They have a good product and we cannot let greedy insiders make all the profit on cheap options and warrants, while they delute us out.
