If so, I'm confused why you short first and hope for a
gap up afterwards?

Colin, I have high confidence WCAP will drop back to much lower prices. So I welcome the opportunity to short more at higher prices. In a year's time frame I wouldn't be surprised to see WCAP back in single digits. I'm not gonna wait that long though. I shorted at 30 yesterday. When I added at 42 and 44 today, I couldn't be happier. And if it trades up on Monday, I'll be right there to add some more. Short in increment with increasing prices, and cover in decrement with descending prices. It works efficiently and effectively with a stock where your confidence level is high. It's critical that you must have plenty of margin to ride the volatility. Hope I haven't confused you even more.

Regards,

Tom

PS. It's tax time, and I haven't finished my return. I'm not sure I'll have time to present a "report" on WCAP this weekend, but I'll at least try.
