Shareholders will most likely get a piece of the spinoff. Perhaps a generous piece.

Why? Because Howard Jonas, CEO, is the largest shareholder in IDTC, holding over 12M shares personally and for his family trust.

Now don't you think he would want to add as many shares of Net2phone to his stash as possible?

All IMO, of course.

Estimates I have seen range from 1 share of IPO for every 3 shares of IDTC to 1 for every 12. I think somewhere in the middle of that range.
