GRANOLA, ANYONE WHO SELLS DELL BEFORE EARNINGS THIS QUARTER IS FOOLISH So what you're saying is that it was foolish for me to buy Dell in the low 40's (~APR 1) and sell it last week for 48. Even though I could possibly buy it back next week for 35? Please clarify... C

My forecast for the short term . 1. It has already been a very very profitable 1999 for me dell..cmgi ..lcos..aol..prms..pair..yhoo..gnet..cpq..ebay..msft.. nsol ...prgy.. and a few more.. 2. there were some trades that were small loss's or break evens ..sevl..webt ..amzn<gain/break even trades>..coms..eggs...Lu..Csco<both ways/about break even> and I am holding some shares of dell at 107 7/8. I am holding dell all over the world in stock price's..IN ALL I am very VERY fortunate with my gains from dell..I not only manage a large position in dell for myself but I manage 2 other large positions for 2 dellionares/investor millionares<shady situations>but legal <??? I guess<gg> >. bla bla bla ok ok ok Cpq will bring us a retacement Monday for sure..how long it will create fear for dell is a will guess..probably like Granola and Gregg predict<earnings> My guess is we may retest high to mid 30's monday.This will be short lived and we will settle in the the low to mid 40's.Dell has took advantage of the cpq fiasco and stole market share..They have actually said they may have stolen more than they thought..This will be very positive for dells earnings..I think the pc sales will pick up as we approch y2k..last minute upgrades.. I think the market is ready for a 5 to 10 % correction before it starts the next leg up..This may help bring %%%%% 30 yr bond/ rates> down to make things a little more positive..Cpq will be a good the reason why the correction starts..The internets will freak and correct along with the market..Aol, cmgi,yhoo and the rest will fall hard..Dell will kinda kill 2 birds in 1 shot< cpq situation and correction together>. This will create a great buying opp for the next leg up and the momos know it..I will be a buyer of yhoo aol cmgi emc msft intc<a few more>not all but some> which may feel some pain but the big runs will cause fear esp with aol cmgi and a few more..Dell will get to a spot to where it will be a very attractive 1999 buy for money mgrs..Once the buying starts then it will be like the last 2 runs..45..48..50..and retest highs..I remember the correction in oct 97 and 98..this feels the same and we got throuh it to test new highs..We will know more at earnings unless ibm/dell surprise us with some great news..The new TN facility is trying to tell us something about this so call slow down..Dell is slowing so they open a new facility..hmmm..makes since. Those gigabuy hits will be counted as revs so that won't hurt things..hmm I say that ibm/dell are going to put some real hurt on cpq's bootie..5fer's ego with dell has not only devastated his share holders but put dell in a wonderful position to reward us..This happened in the last part of 1997 and is repeating its self again..that was 3 splits ago..I say we are on our way to the moon over the next 3/6 months. I am on my way to take my Grandson shopping at the Gap and ride the kiddie train at Zilker Park..Have a good wknd to all Donnie I won't proof read this so my spelling and grammer may be horrible..
