These are the Top Insiders according to my latest report. The guys that have filed to sell some shares aren't even on this list. I don't see any signs of the top guys selling their shares.

BARBERICH TIMOTHY J 467.7 03/24/98 1.64 O
BARLOW DAVID S 205.6 06/10/98 0.72 O
JOHNSTON ROBERT F 192.1 02/20/97 0.67 D
NEWHALL CHARLES W III 23.1 11/30/96 0.08 R
STEIGROD ALAN A 1.5 10/08/98 0.01 D
SCUMACI ROBERT F 1.0 11/23/98 0.00 VP
SOUTHWELL DAVID P 0.9 09/15/98 0.00 VP

I'd go so far as to say that the guys selling (see below) probably know less about the investment potential of SEPR than many on this board do. The comment about tax season is also quite applicable. The only sales prior to this were in November of 1998 at a price of $83. These guys don't always have the best timing.

03/11/99 Cresci, Robert J. Director Planned Sale 10,000
03/11/99 Steigrod, Alan A. Shareholder Planned Sale 12,000
03/10/99 Barrios, Digby W. Director Planned Sale 10,000
03/05/99 Frost & Noble Trust Director Planned Sale 10,000

Sell if you need the money, hold if you don't.
