Don't you not think that the answer lays right within the very question you asked Once upon a time I was a salesman. We called the above a porcupine. I asked Why is it you say I am evil because I don't buy your line of thinking on PABN, but yet I am not evil on the AZNT thread because I do agree it is a scam stock. You didn't really answer. You want to infer that PABN is a scam, yet you have no real proof. Belize fell apart. I gave a reasonable explanation. You don't buy it. Good for you. RMC is no longer going to happen. I say RMC cooked the books, you want it to be PABNs' fault. So in your frame, I am evil, and you are righteous. Sure. Thats a pretty narrow view. So basically anyone who decides to go long in PABN is evil, and their only salvation is to join the Anti/PABN crusade. Great. So. What is my solution. Sell all of my shares? To who. Some other people. Isn't that how it works? I sell to a market maker, who in turn sells back to the public? So.....when does the crusade end. You keep saying the SEC is going to Halt PABN. Under what Basis? Because Belize Fell apart? Gee, why didn't they halt Telabs and Cien, and AT&T for that matter. The Telabs/Cienna merger vote fell apart one hour before the vote because AT&T said they would not be using CIENs' technology. The CEO of CIEN cried foul on CNBC. Said it was a deliberate conspiracy between AT&T and Lucent. Gee. CIEN was at $20 at that time, down from a High of $92 Why didn't the SEC halt there? CIEN went all the way down to $8.50 Why no halt? Because Deals fall apart all the time, that's why. The SEC doesn't halt stocks because Deals fall apart. They halt stocks when there is outright provable fraud as in SEXI..As in MTEI....AS in Bre_X Are you saying you know the SEC is going to Halt? Because if you know about this in advance, well that is inside information, too, isn't it. If you know , for sure that a halt is to happen, please, tell me. I'll use that knowledge then, to short PABN. But you can't know that, can you. Because to know that, before anyone else, means that someone at the SEC would be breaking the rules , wouldn't they. ------------------------------------------------------------------- Look Jhild, everything doesn't have to be black and white. Not everyone has to like a stock. If everyone did, well it would zoom up in price, wouldn't it. If everyone was comfortable with PABN, then it would sit at 12 cents or higher. Why is it, if I like a stock you don't I am evil, but if you like a stock that I don't that's ok. You like (or liked ) western Digital. I personally didn't. How do we get them? We wait. Period. It isn't up to us. You want to force em. Great. The SEC already is. By the year 2000. You want it earlier? See if you can strong arm the SEC then. Doubtful. But give it a shot. You can elude to a SEC halt, but I seriously doubt they will, because Even though Belize isn't happening as planned, even though RMC fell apart, that can be explained to the SEC (Maybe not to your satisfaction, but under the secs scrutiny, I am sure it will be a reasonable situation to them) Perhaps, if that was all that was on the table, then maybe the future would be bleak, but there is still IT, DEAO.com, and the Heath NEtwork. Now, no one says you have to like their business plan, or even think that it will succeed. Hey. You can say PABN sucks until you are blue in the face. Go crazy. I never said you had to like them, or think they will succeed. Some of us do think they will make it, eventually. Call me anything you want. Nominate me as moron of the month if it makes you feel better. Use a permanent pen and write ISOMAN on the bottom of your toilet for all I care.
