Scott: <<If I judged by your last post alone, I'd say that accusing EF of deliberately writing misleading letters to other Global stockholders was ignorant and unfair.>>

Show me where I accused Ed of anything? I simply pointed out that his criticism of me for "misleading comments" could far more easily be applied to his posts. I have never claimed any knowledge about this company other than what is publicly available. In the post I cited, he claimed to have knowledge of "fundamental events occuring as we speak" that would result in a "share price bonanza." Stating an opinion one way or another is one thing. Claims of knowledge of fundamental events is quite another. You be the judge as to which is "misleading."

<<Can you look back over your past posts and show us when you've had anything to say that wasn't disagreeable and fractious?>>

I can find plenty, Mr. Wheeler. Unfortunately you have to go back a few years before "Wolf" was cried once to many times by this company and the other desert dirts. Here is one example.

<<some of us will be "winners" and some "losers" in the game of intelligent hindsight.>>

The exchange of posts between Ed and I in March 1998 were not hindsight at the time they were made. Ed was predicting a "share price bonanza." I said I saw no hurry to jump in. Whose foresight in March 1998 proved to be correct?

<<I vote for respect for differences of opinion - what do you vote for?>>

Gee Scott, the only reason why I even bothered to make my previous post was because Ed didn't seem to have much respect for my difference of opinion. The words "carping and belching" comes to mind. Can you find such insulting words that I have used in regards to Mr. Fishbaine?

Maybe your respect for differences of opinion only applies to those who agree with you?
