wily, there may be outages, but I haven't experienced major pain. But, I don't use Streamer and I don't use the main server ("www.datek.com"). I use QCharts for data and the Datek high-speed orders servers - orders7 or orders 16.

When I have tried the main server (I think it is orders10) at the market open, I've had some delays.

Also, I use DaSlinger, a Datek order entry front-end. Much better than standard Datek OE.
