If this were true then why didn't the stock tank immediately after the 10K came out on 3/26/99? On the contrary it held up pretty good on 3/26 and 3/29. I will concede that it could be that upon reading the 10K over the next few days investors may have interpreted it as you did and this may have contributed to the sell off.

Craig,

Wasn't that amendment for non-officers who purchased options and then got hosed later in 1998? My recollection is that option plan was intended for SNDK employees.

I could be wrong. That is my recollection.
