In reviewing a lot of JMAR's past filings with the SEC (10-Ks, etc.), it looks like JMAR did a number of private offerings in past years (1993-1997). Perhaps there were some screw-ups with those, but I haven't heard anything. For someone new to this Board, what exactly was it about the 1997 Swiss deal and the subsequent short that JMAR screwed up? Obviously the short is bad, but did JMAR screw up because they did not have some way to prevent the short (and how would you do that, by agreement??) or was it because of the particular timing of the Swiss deal?
