Hey, I completely agree with your post. I never claimed that these people should be on the full time pay roll. IMO, I think it's much smarter to hire these services out, it's others on the thread who think this is a horrible thing to admit. Way to go!!! I've been a hired consultant to numerous companies, and they've put my name of their list of experienced professionals when "pan-handling for work". I said this was a common practice in many fields but people wanted to argue with me about this issue. It can be a great way for small companies to get their foot in the door with larger enterprises, to indicate they have experienced professionals who will back them up when needed. Good for you for seeing through much of the BS regarding the other issues, as well!!!!
