Loans for running a new government. Governments cost money. Running a country costs money. I'm surprised that you have so easily brushed this off. The loans are backed by the countries natural resources in case of default. The factories are government owned, the workers virtually slaves. It's one nation wide business venture. The thinking of the time was that communism could be the godsend of humanity, curing poverty and want and so forth. A little for everyone, no more want. But then, the constant failures of their system put the Russian people in severe want over and over. Communism is a failure, it doesn't work. It's atheist line reflects the beliefs of the cabal behind it. It's hostility towards religion cannot be disputed. So, E, not all atheists are moral people. The atheist country killed 40-50 million! What the communist experiment proved was that personal incentive once removed will poison the system and it will collapse. {IMO!!}. The same cabal now has learned from those mistakes and is pulling together a greater experiment on mankind using the lessons they learned from the USSR. The bottom line is these super-rich elitists believe that it is their destiny to watch over and manage mankind and this planet. They are going to do it to. And God help anyone who gets in their way. Just as in the USSR the political opposition was exterminated it will happen again in the NWO.
