Ron,

I think it matters! It matters there are too many unsatisfied customers such as he and I. Read back on the thread. I purchased an item that was advertised incorrectly back in early February. First they would not accept it back, then recanted and issued me a RMA. It is now almost mid April and I still have not gotten a refund. I used to steer many people to onsale....do you think for even a second I am still that foolish? If they had more "satisfied" and "repeat" customers I think the price would be in the 50's now at least.

Ron, I'm afraid Gary' assessment may be right. You're the one who brought up the "huge repeat customer base". I didn't. I simply pointed out that in one limited instance one customer wasn't going to repeat.
