If anybody wants to see something like that happen you would probably need to send a Notice of Motion or it would not be dealt with at the annual meeting. If it was in order, I see no reason why it would not pass.
Therefore be it resolved that all shareholders be given the right to participate in all future financing, fund raising, and private placements on a pro rata basis. In the event that sufficient funds are not raised through this method the company may employ other methods.

I can't remember the details cuz it's too long ago but even in Biblical times you weren't allowed to muzzle the ox or donkey or whatever it was that trampled the grain to separate it from the chaff.Generous employers usually get better results from staff than stingy ones. If you're stingy they usually find some other way of doin' it to ya only more so.

Look at the extreme case when nobody wants to pay you for any thing you get Average Joe.
