Another option question from the ignorant. Does option trading start at the same time in the morning as stock trading? I'm thinking of selling May-$40 puts on Monday but since the options come out of Chicago it occurs to me that they may be on a different time schedule. Also, sometimes they call the first hour the amateur hour and suggest getting a sense of the market before trading. Is that good advice on options too, maybe it takes a bit of time before people get scared and are willing to pay up for insurance. TP
