richard, TURF will purchase newly printed shares of DLIA, which will be dilutional to current shareholders
I'm short, but thought I might make a slight comment on this anyway. Technically it is dilutional but it does nothing to change the float and gives DLIA some much needed cash. Scam or not- it worked.
The MM's may well decide to take us shorts for a little ride. Been known to happen before with any stock attracting a lot of short interest. I'm patient though, DLIA ran up on IPO ferver and it simply wont last forever. DLIA is no longer the "internet company", TURF is.
Might add that for a little while I tried going long TURF to balance my DLIA short. What happened? TURF went down and DLIA up. Oh well.
