DELL can take market share, still lose money. Price erosion is inevitable, DELL simply can not keep their margins. That is the name of the commodity game.

Off topic DELL

I used to view Dell as a boxmaker. However, after being proved wrong so often by the market, I had to change my views on this company. I now view dell as a boxSELLER and things are starting to make sense. It seems that the challenges of making boxes are nowhere as difficult as those of selling them profitably. I believe this is DELL's unique strong point. I want every stock I own to have a unique strong point. CSCO sure has one, so does MSFT, and so does DELL: They're just different; hence, diversity.

Enjoy your trading, PW.
