did you not read his post? He, Carl is the one who is bragging about getting business in Costa Rica for the company. And at this point with RMC out of the picture and all those foreign mortgages, I would guess that the Costa Rica $$ is gone also.

And why bring him up? Well you asked who he was, so I showed you.
