Stock sales by senior executives in large cap firms could be meaningful, or they could be totally meaningless.

I only pay attention to purchases.

PS: Sales of senior executives could follow some highly variable patterns (never a straight line as some naive folks assumed). Without knowing what those patterns might be, it would be hard press to draw any (negative) conclusions. However, sales of stocks em masse by small caps' top dogs could be a sign of trouble.
