Arthur Andersen-Los Angeles as of November 30, 1998. If you call they'll give you the partner in charge. If his name ends in a vowel, you may wish to go the the branch managing partner. Save the flames. It's a reasonable caveat given the facts.

Syed - I've been in my office 7 days a week since right after Christmas. I'll finally have a day off Friday, April 16, after all returns and extensions are done Thursday. Five days a week, 9-5 will seem like a picnic, as you know. I'll have a lot of free time, and I'm going to use a lot of it on CYOE. The audit report should include a warning about CYOE's ability to continue as a going concern. If this isn't included it's major negligence by the auditors, IMHO. Robbie
