Did I say two threads? I meant 4. Here are the first two: Subject 25896 Subject 25901 That's not the good part, though. The second one got some good dialog going between "Goldfort", Member 7342975 who joined up on February 17, 1999 and "Investman" Member 7342978 who joined up on ...[drum roll] the very same day! In fact, within minutes of each other, if personal profile numbers are time sensitive! Investman says some guy named Michael Kelly had a plan: I found an alternative to the high cost and inconvenience of discovering your home appliance is not compliant when the year 2000 affects it. Michael Kelly, founder of the Y2Kit had a plan. Message 8504625 no mention of Golden Fortune on the contact page for the "fix" homecheck.net Investman suddenly gets brain damage and loses all knowledge of his stock, forcing him to go to a 15 year old kid to find out if he should "dump or hold" Not sure if I should dump or hold on... Dan if you could provide any info would be much appreciated. Message 8533473 ...but alas, before the Whiz Kid can provide any pertinent information, the stock is halted, necessitating the two new threads, Subject 27379 Subject 27377 Have a look at this company. Trading Symbol GFX on Alberta Exchange News came out on Friday and was halted at 0.30 This is very interesting-According to the company Golden fortune was Halted pending more news... cOUSIN SHORTY is watching it, says he thinks it will form a strong flat base.

If their business is a stock discussion site... I guess Fred missed that part, since he is spamming his pay site. Member 7439319 Which brings up a question. Let's say cOUSIN SHORTY starts a pay site. (Work with me, it's hypothetical) What is the rule? Can he start a thread and hype his pay site? Can he start two threads? Is there some rule SI has for this that is beyond your judgement call? Thanks.

Humble question, Bob, given your statements in #reply-8842156 : If their business has nothing to do with stocks, it's generally okay to just include a link after their name, so long as there doesn't appear to be a concerted effort to drum up business through our site. Though it's not the single determining factor, we're generally less tolerant with those who are using the message base to advertise what our advertisors pays us good money to advertise.
