I agree with you. But they do have to make the noise because of their past ties. It's also a good opportunity for them to sell stuff which is what their economy really needs (Just too bad it's military in nature) . I have worked with the Russians for the last year and a half. The people are great and good to work with, it's just a shame that the political/mafia system is the way it is there. The city of Moscow is filled with the extremely rich and the extremely poor. There is very little in the middle. Would like to see the political system straightened out there. Rich
