It is my understanding that the Russians are too dependent on the funds they receive from outside sources like the IMF. Their bark is a lot worse than their bite. I think they will bomb Yugoslavia until Milosevic is a leader over a pile of ashes. He is an idiot!
I hate to see any of this happen, but I give it 3 weeks and it will all be history. JMHO Nick
