No offence intended C but you have a limited understanding about the Bible. You see you can read it, but until God opens your eyes to understanding you will only have read it. Don't rant at me because you don't understand. The word God gave to Cain was not a covenant between God and mankind. It was just God saying what He would do for Cain. God was not required to do anything for Cain by any existing covenant. He just did. The promises given to Abraham were actually the seeds of the New Covenant in Jesus Christ. But the detour through the Levitical Law given to Moses had to be taken first, that we call the Old Covenant. And the rest of your posts is just the same rehash I've heard so many times before. You want to blame God for the stupid actions of deluded men who think they are doing some service for God, but are not. Things like burning people at the stake who disagree with their doctrine. All I can say is the just reward for their actions awaits them. It will be given to them at the proper time. SR
