Big Dog,

My question to Matt Simmons would be as follows;

If Mr. Simmons is right about the missing barrels, how will IEA and others reconcile the descrepancy?

Will they annouce later in year and say "oops, we screwed up..."

Unocal Corp.'s Spirit Energy 76 unit said it had made a ''very significant'' oil and gas discovery on the Mad Dog prospect in the Gulf of Mexico deepwater Green Canyon block 826.

Big, do you know who the driller is for the Mad Dog discovery ? Is this the biggest hit in the deepwater to date ? I remember you mentioning that it was very important to see some nice hits in the deepwater after some early dry holes. Do you think this will increase deepwater interest and expedite development of deepwater prospects ?

My question for Matt Simmons would be whether he thinks the rig count is bottoming out and whether he expects an uptick this quarter.

Thanks,
John
