Douglas, He never posted on SI under the handle of tidalsecure. That is one of his email address ID's. On SI Carl Kruse has been known to post under the aliases of StockTrader-which he underwent a name change to Style Writer (after he was identified), he also opened up additional accounts under the names of Ruskin and another (the name escapes me right now). Here is a post where jhild specifically asks Carl to clear up any misconceptions regarding his involvement in the qui tam DOJ case. #reply-7116666 and #reply-7125596. During this time, Rosie also tagged Carl's posts and asked him pointed questions as well. And here is Carl's response to clear the air regarding this issue, #reply-7120590. The reason jhild made such an issue of this, is not to splash somebody's possible records around the threads but because he felt that with Carl being named in another country for falsifying documents for payment, I believe the figure was 2.2Million dollars. In this post #reply-7103274, you will find a link to the RagingBull where Carl's post was lifted from the AOL boards and posted on the Bull. Please note the ID of original poster, it's tidalsecure. In this same post, at the bottom you will find the link to the Department of Justice's article which specifically names Carl as one of the people cited. If you read his post, you will understand why it was felt that he played more than a casual role in PRWT/PABN. How many investors do you know of in a penny stock, round up $32Million dollars in deals for a company? Why kind of connections does this person really have?
