So, you are ticked and maybe you need the facts to not be ticked. Well, maybe I don't have the facts yet, but if what I assume that the present and last tier of IPM management might of did the Maxam TakeOut in rather than anyone else. Reason, Black Rock Has Value, dah factor #7....and 1- 6 are money factors. So, what you want is the best deal for IPM, maybe it got NIXED in order to strike the best deal possible for all shareholders, and all us out of the current loop that started something that ended, cost overruns and built in obsolucssence.( spelling) Wash you mouth out with Blue Soap. How would you of been liken to be asked to redo a deal not at $X but at MORE $X andd + More $X? Chuca

Doug, Have you ever made a complaint to the SEC about these goings on? I am not sure if the principals in this high tec scam have covered their asses well enough to escape. Surely if you have some hopes a class action of some kind is indicated? has any of the group ever approached any lawyers? or is there so little available for judgements that the lawyers take one look...see a pro scam...and know there will never be a penny they can collect. At that time they will ask for front money to pursue the case, which means it is a no hoper. As to the MAXAM/IPM takeover?, this may have been a dog and pony show to get yours and others $10,000 kitties into the bag as well. Bill
